Selby Road

A Victorian property set in Leytonstone East London. The brief was to work with the existing charm of the period property and expose the natural materials throughout.

The foot print of the building remained the same with the client opting to strategically bring in natural light with large openings towards the rear kitchen. The stair was relocated facilitating a more traditional layout to create three bedrooms upstairs.

Plans to extend into the loft will happen in the future.
